The 2024 IAIP Convention began with inspiration and enthusiasm as our dynamic keynote speaker taught us that deflate, relate and elevate is the formula to create connection from chaos. The Ignite panelists shared with us an engaging and, at times, humorous state of the industry discussion including everything from talent acquisition to inflation. And every education session was overflowing with participants. The Welcome Reception was a Par-Tee to remember, and we “toasted” the new IAIP officers at Saturday’s Membership Meeting.

At the BSR Putt-Putt Classic we raised $875 and members donated almost 1,500 books for our international community service project to benefit Reach Out and Read.
Congratulations to the NAIW Legacy Foundation for raising a total of $35,170 in the Legacy Regional Drive to the Pin fundraiser. Also, the online auction raised an outstanding $4,410. Also at the convention, the Heads or Tails game raised an amazing $3,010 onsite.

In our Membership Meeting, Tammy Wascher told the story of her journey– including words of encouragement for us all, and Amanda Hammerli shared the association’s state of the membership and financial performance, while asking us to get bee-hind IAIP.
