The 2023 IAIP Convention began with a loud cheer and almost 200 members (including 35 First Timers) played ‘Simon Says’ with Jan Spence, our inspiring keynote speaker who taught us that to be a true leader we must be a cheer-leader. The Ignite panelists shared with us an engaging state of the industry discussion. And every education session was overflowing with participants.
The Welcome Reception was the “bees-knees” and we toasted the new IAIP officer with mimosas at Sunday’s brunch.

Congratulations to the NAIW Legacy Foundation for raising a total of over $68,000 which includes the online auction ($4,337) and onsite auction ($425) fundraisers. And our generous members didn’t stop there – we raised $3,020 for our international community service project to benefit Gotta Have Sole ($1,820 of which was from the crowd favorite – the YNP’s Wine Toss). We again thanked the regions that reached their Sailing the Seven Seas goal. This campaign raised a total of $44,472.
