President Hardin called the meeting to order at 2:05 pm EST.

Secretary Rachel Shubert conducted a visual roll call. All members and staff were in attendance

Motion to approve Consent Agenda which includes March 2026 Minutes. Motion made. Motion Carried.

Management Updates from Bob

Website

• They are working to create a website for in person convention attendees. Behind the member wall will have pages as follows
  • Hub
  • Photos/photo tap
  • Awards
  • Classes
  • Issues with Legacy Donation link tied to the payment application. M365 does not support BluePay; changing to Stripe as that application is used for payments on the IAIP site.

2026 Convention updates

• AM BEST TVwill be at convention and interviewing the EC and select convention attendees
• Need one more CWC Judge

Mentor Mentee

• Referred back for more details on the actual program.

Designation Renewal Application

• Applications reviewed, revisions sent back to Task Force to correct inconsistencies

Reminder all board reports and task force report are due to Lisa by May 15^th

Hubs can send info to Terri to have put onto the Hub website

2027 Convention – Site Search ongoing  

New Business

• 6 -week membership drive is coming up starting on 4/29 membership drive virtual drive 5pm est “Make a Splash”
• Flyer sent to each member
